Hardman Long 2025

Saturday 30th August 2025

Event Details

Begin with a swim in the famous Lakes of Killarney before cycling the full length of the legendary Ring of Kerry. The views here along the Wild Atlantic Way are out of this world. After you dismount, you run a stunning full marathon through Killarney National Park, where you are rewarded with lovely views around each bend.

Please note that this is an open water swim in the lake. It is mandatory that you have open water experience before you take part in this race.

For 2025 we have decided to take the plunge and go green. We feel that it is vital to not take anymore from our environment and if possible to event give back to it. You will notice when you are entering that t-shirts are now optional at all races. We have cut back our basic entry fee to reflect this, if you choose the t-shirt this will be added. We also are doing away with single use plastics and therefore everyone will be given a water bottle(made sustainably) at the race to use during the race and take home afterwards. For more details on our green policy read here: https://hardman.ie/our-green-commitment
